摘要 目的了解军队合同制护士需求,关注个人专业发展,建立有效激励机制,根据岗位需要制订培养规划,有针对性地进行有效管理,稳定护理队伍。方法采用问卷调查法,从一般资料到工作需求两大方面进行具体分析。结果提升了护士的归属感和价值感,增强了护士在工作中的参与意识和主人翁意识,提高了护理队伍的稳定。结论合同制护士的需求依据不同年龄段而有所不同,主要依据工作年限、学历及个人对职业规划、收入等方面需求不同而发生变化。加强有效管理,制定合理制度、规范培训,注重自我价值体现,可极大减少合同制护士流失。 Objective To know the demands of the contract nurses in the army so as to focus on their individual professional development and set up the related effective provocative mechanism.Based upon that,the training and education program can be build up according to their occupation position.Then we can stablize the nursing care personnel through effective management on purpose.Methods The questionnaire was adopted to do the investigation and detailed analysis over the general data and occupation demands.Results The belonging and value feeling of the nurses for their occupation were raised.Their attendance and ownership inclination into the work were respectively strengthened.Meanwhile,the stability of the nursing care group had increased.Conclusion The demands of the contract nurses vary according to their ages.They change with respect to work years,education proficiency,individual occupational plan and income.The strong effective management,rational regulations and standard training can play important role in the realization of self-value which can reduce extensively the loss of contract nurses from the hospital.
