最低工资的通胀与价格效应:文献述评
摘要
本文扼要梳理和评述了截至2014年最低工资的通胀与价格效应方面的国外文献。在经济理论预测中,最低工资对通胀与价格的影响不甚明了。但案例研究和实证分析表明:最低工资上升对1970年代通胀的冲击实际很小;它推高了最低工资劳动力生产商品或提供劳务的相对价格;它对发展中国家的价格变动有显著影响,且具有渐次扩展的负面福利影响。
