网络反恐视域下的情报平台建立与应对探究

Exploration on Intelligence Platform Establishment and Response in View of Network Anti-terror

目前,网络传播宗教极端思想、制爆技术和暴恐音视频等反宣案事件增多。互联网暴恐音视频的制作与传播仍然是影响国家安全稳定,导致暴恐极端事件多发、频发的重要因素之一。2015年12月27日,全国人大通过了《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》,该法的通过预示着我国打击恐怖主义犯罪已经上升到国家战略高度,条文中特别针对网络恐怖犯罪作出了相应的规制,对进一步做好网络反恐怖防范对策工作有着重要而深远的意义。

Now there are increasingly counterpropaganda incidents such as religious extreme thinking on internet,explosive making technology and terror audios and videos. The making and spread of terror audios and videos is also one of the important actors that influences national security and stability and causes increasing frequency of extreme terror incidents. On December 27 th,2015 Counterterrorism Law of the People＇s Republic of China was passed by National People＇s Congress,which indicates Chinese anti- terror has moved to the national strategic height,regulates the network terror crime correspondingly in the articles and is important and meaningful for further better prevention and countermeasures of network anti- terror.
