摘要
目的:研究并分析在产妇护理管理过程中应用健康教育的效果和价值。方法:收集分娩产妇共128例,根据平行、单盲、随机对照的设计原则分为对照组(64例)和观察组(64例),对照组患者接受常规护理管理,观察组则联合健康教育路径,将两组产妇的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分、母婴保健知识知晓率以及并发症发生率进行观察和对比。结果:观察组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组,母婴保健知识知晓率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在分娩产妇护理过程中,健康教育能够显著改善患者的不良情绪,提高她们对母婴相关保健知识的掌握度,并减少分娩后的并发症,从而有助于产妇的恢复以及新生儿的健康成长,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study and analyze the application effects and values of health education in nursing management in the process of maternal.Method:A total of 128 cases were collected,according to the parallel,single blind,randomized controlled design principle they were divided into the control group(64 cases) and the observation group(64 cases), patients in the control group received routine nursing management,the observation group combined with health education path,maternal anxiety and depression self rating scale score,maternal and child health knowledge awareness rate and complication rate of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The observation group anxiety and depression self rating scale score were significantlylower than those of the control group,self rating scale score was significantly lower than that of the control group,maternal and infant health care knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of childbirth,health education can significantly improve the patient's bad mood,improve their mastering degree of maternal and child health care knowledge, and reduced after childbirth complications,which is helpful to maternal recovery and health growth of newborn.It is worthy of popularization and application.
