宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后综合治疗效果分析

Effect Analysis of Comprehensive Treatment of Transcervical Resection of Adhesion under Hysteroscopic

目的:探讨综合治疗运用在宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年1月于本院行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术患者108例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予传统治疗,而观察组则运用综合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率、月经改善率及妊娠率均高于对照组,分离粘连次数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上将综合治疗运用在宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术中,不仅可以预防再粘连,使宫腔形态恢复,还能改善患者的月经情况,提高妊娠率,具有一定的推广和应用价值。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment of transcervical resection of adhesion under hysteroscopic.Method：From January 2013 to January 2015,108 cases of transcervical resection of adhesion after separation under hysteroscopic in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 54 cases.The control group was treated with traditional therapy and the observation group was treated with comprehensive treatment,the treatment effects of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate,the improvement rate of menstruation and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the number of the separation of adhesion was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive treatment of transcervical resection of adhesion under hysteroscopic in clinic,not only can prevent adhesion and restore the uterine cavity configuration,but also can improve the patient＇s menstrual conditions,improve pregnancy rates,has certain promotion and application value.
