摘要
针对变频器使用过程中参数配置复杂、专业化要求高、网络化程度低等问题,研究并实现了基于RS485总线的变频器网络测试系统。采用三菱变频器及其专用的通信协议,实现工控机和多个变频器的组网。工控机上的LabVIEW软件完成变频器对电机的启动、停止、转速等的实时控制,并用数据采集卡采集电机运动参数,监控系统运行。实现了变频器控制的自动化、网络化和智能化。
In view of complexity of parameter configuration,high professional requirements,low degree of network in the use of invertors,an invertor network test system based on RS485 is studied and implemented.A network of industrial control computer（IPC） and multiple inverters is realized by using MITSUBISHI invertor and its special communication protocol.LabVIEW software is used to complete the real-time control of the motor start,stop and rotating speed,and the motor parameters are collected to monitor system operation by data acquisition card.This design realizes the invertor control automation,networking and intelligent.
