玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿16例 被引量:5

摘要 黄斑水肿(ME)是继发于视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、葡萄膜炎、中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)等多种眼病的常见体征,是引起视力下降的主要原因[1]。长期ME可引起视功能严重受损,造成视力永久性丧失。近年来,抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物凭借良好的疗效和安全性越来越受到业内关注,成为目前治疗ME的主要方法之一。
