摘要
[目的]以山西灵石风化煤煤样为研究对象,研究生物活化条件对风化煤腐植酸含量的影响。[方法]通过培养试验和容量分析方法研究了菌剂用量、培养时间、培养温度和碳源对风化煤腐植酸降解的影响。[结果]结果表明,培养时间由3天延长到6天、9天,无菌剂添加处理,不同活性组分腐植酸含量无明显变化;随菌剂用量的增加,不同活性组分腐植酸含量均呈增加,且水溶性腐植酸增加最多,其次是游离腐植酸,焦磷酸钠提取的腐植酸增加最少;不同培养时间,培养6天时各组分腐植酸含量达到最高;相同菌剂用量下,培养温度影响了风化煤腐植酸的降解,其中30℃培养下不同活性组分腐植酸含量高于25℃和35℃;增加麸皮和秸秆粉配比中秸秆粉的比例明显地提高了水溶性腐植酸的含量。[结论]在特定条件下生物活化能够提高风化煤腐植酸的降解率,为风化煤腐植酸肥料的生产提供依据。
[Objective]Taking coal samples of weathered coal in Shanxi Lingshi as the research object,the effects of biological activation conditions on weathered coal humic acids content were studied.[Methods]The impact of fungus dosage,culture time,culture temperature and carbon source on humic acids degradation of weathered coal were studied through the culture experiment and capacity analysis method.[Results]The results showed that if the culture time was extended to 6days,9days from 3days,without processing of the added fungus,theres no significant change in humic acids content with different active ingredients;with the increasing amount the fungus dosage,the humic acids content with different active ingredients increased accordingly,theres maximum increase of water-soluble humic acids,followed by was the increase of free humic acids,and theres the minimum increase of humic acids extracted from sodium pyrophosphate;if the culture time was varied,the humic acids content of each component reached maximum after 6days of culture time;if theres the same amount of fungus dosage,the culture temperature influenced the humic acids degradation of weathered coal,where under the culture temperature of 30℃,the humic acids content with different active ingredients was higher than at temperatures of 25 ℃ and 35 ℃;And the water-soluble humic acids content was significantly increased after increasing the proportion of straw powder in the bran and straw powder ratio.[Conclusion]Under certain conditions,biological activation can increase the degradation rate of weathered coal humic acids,which provides the basis for the production of weathered coal humic acids fertilizer.
