乒乓球运动紧身防护装备研究进展

Progress of Table Tennis Tight Protective Equipment Study

紧身防护装备作为专业乒乓球运动员必不可少的防护用品。本文结合乒乓球运动的特点和主要运动部位,对紧身防护装备的研究热点进行综述,首先分析其对运动产生的影响,总结提出紧身防护装备对乒乓球运动有一定的积极促进作用。最后,探讨紧身防护装备的形变与施加给人体表面的压力,阐述了研究乒乓球运动护肘要从动态角度出发,在考虑不同动作的不同阶段基础上,建立人体与紧身防护装备的动态力学舒适性评价系统以及紧身紧身防护装备护肘的防护机理。

Tight protective equipment is professional tennis players＇ essential equipment. Combined with the characteristics and the main moving parts of table tennis, the paper reviewed hot study of tight protective equipment, first, analyzed the impact to the movement, and summarized and proposed tight protective equipment plays positive role in table tennis.Finally, discussed deformation and the pressure on body surface provided by tight protective equipment, illustrated the research of table tennis elbow pad should be from the dynamic perspective, consideration the basis of different stages of different actions, established dynamic mechanical comfort evaluation of human contact with the tight protective equipment and mechanism of elbow pad.
