基于模拟行走的铺地材料防滑性能测试设备的设计

摘要 滑倒而致伤致残是威胁公共安全的大问题,因此铺地材料防滑性能的研究是安全研究的重要部分。铺地材料的特性会由于使用时间和洁净程度等因素而改变,本文根据滑动模型,设计出基于模拟行走的铺地材料防滑性能测试设备,适用于各种条件的现场试验。通过实验室测试和对比分析,该设备对铺地材料防滑性能测试是可行的,可应用于现场检测。 Injured or disabled by slipping is a big threat to public safety, so research on slip resistance of floor covering material is an important part of the safety studies.The properties of floor surface are constantly modified as a function of wear, dirt, and humidity. According the slipping model in this paper, a slip resistance measurement device is designed based on walking simulation and can be applied in field test under various conditions. By means of laboratory tests and comparison analysis, the device is feasible for test the slip resistance of floor covering materials and can be used in field test.
