正交设计优选益气软皮丸成型工艺

摘要 目的:优选益气软皮丸的成型工艺。方法:选用正交试验法,以溶散时限作为评价指标,对影响益气软皮丸成型的3个主要因素——润湿剂用量、干燥温度、干燥时间进行方差分析。结果:益气软皮丸的最佳成型工艺为:按处方比例称取药材超微粉,加40%润湿剂制软材后采用塑制法制成直径约3mm丸粒,60℃干燥12h。结论:优选出的成型工艺经验证重复性良好,简单可行,所制的丸粒外观圆整光滑,色泽均匀,溶散时限符合要求,为其进一步研究开发提供了实验依据。 Objective:To optimize the molding process of Yiqi Ruanpi pill. Methods:Orthogonal experiment which taking the time- limit of dissolution as evaluation index, was used to analysis three major factors in the molding process of Yiqi Ruanpi pill: amount of wetting agents(A), drying temperature(B), drying time(C). Results:The best molding process was as follows: Taked the super fine powder according to the prescription proportion,added to 40% wetting agent,applied Plastic molded method to preparing pills, dried for 12h at 60℃, screening pill. Conclusion:This optimized molding process proved to be repeatable, simple and feasible. The Yiqi Ruanpi pill made by this preparation technology are round,the color and luster are uniform and the dissolving time meet the re quirements. It provides the experiment basis for the further research and development.
