天麻合剂中天麻素的含量测定

Determination of Gastrodine in Tianma Mixture

目的：建立天麻合剂中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为伊利特Hypersil ODS2-C_（18）分析柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;填充剂为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶;乙腈（A）-0.1%磷酸（B）为流动相梯度洗脱,0~13.5min,A为1.9%,14~23min,A为40%,23.01~30min,A为1.9%;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为220nm;柱温25℃。结果：回归方程：y=1 632 208x-7 841.85;r=0.999 7;线性范围：0.116~1.16μg。结论：用上述高效液相色谱条件测定天麻素含量专属性强、准确、可行。

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of gastrodine in Tianma mixture. Methods： The Chromato- graphic column is hypersil ODS2-C18 analysis column （250mm × 4. 6mm, 5um）; With eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica as filler; Acetonitrile （A） - 0.1% phosphoric acid （B） as mobile phase gradient elution, 0 ~ 13.5 min, A 1.9 ~, 14 ~ 23 min, A 40 ~, 23.01 30min, A 1.9 % ; the flowrate was lmL / rain; detection wavelength was 220nm; column temperature 25℃. Results： Regression e- quation：y= 1 632 208x-7 841.85;r： 0. 999 7 ;linear range..0.116 ~ 1.16μg. Conclusion：The content of the HPLC in the determi- nation of the content of the elements is exclusive, accurate and feasible.
