工业除尘过滤材料的分级过滤效率实验研究

摘要 PM 2.5已经成为热门话题,然而严重影响我们健康的PM0.5却被忽略。分类过滤效率反映了工业粉尘过滤材料对不同粒径微粒的过滤效率,可评价过滤材料对PM 2.5以下微粒的过滤效率。本文研究了滤料厚度,克重,平均纤维直径,平均孔隙大小等参数与分级过滤效率的关系。结果表明,工业粉尘过滤材料对PM 2.5有良好的过滤性能,可以达到90%,但对PM 0.5点过滤性能较差,从30%到70%不等;孔隙大小对过滤性能没有显著影响;平均纤维直径有显著影响过滤阻力,平均纤维直径变小,过滤效率增加,但阻力也增加;乳剂处理可以提高滤料对PM 0.5的过滤性能。 PM 2.5 has become a hot social topic, but PM 0.5 that has a more serious influence on our health has been ig- nored. Classify filtering efficiency reflects the filtration performance of industrial dust filtration materials on dust particles with different size, and it can be used to evaluate the filtering ability of filter materials on dust particles below 2.5 microns. The rela- tionship between thickness, basic weight, average fiber diameter, average pore size of the industrial dust filtration materials and classify filtering efficiency was studied in this paper. Test results showed that industrial dust filtration materials had a good fil- tration performance on PM 2.5 with removal rate up to 90%, but the filtration performance on PM 0.5 was poor with removal rate ranging from 30% to 70%. Pore size had no significant influence on the filtration performance. Average fiber diameter bad a sig- nificant influence on the filtering resistance. When the average fiber diameter decreased, the filtering efficiency increased, but also increased the filtering resistance. Emulsion treatment could improve the filtration performance of the filter material on PM 0.5.
