摘要
介绍了印尼BATAM燃煤电厂海水淡化工程的工艺概况,通过整个系统的调试,对该海水淡化系统在调试和试运中出现的问题进行了分析,为整个海水淡化系统平稳的运行和产水水质提供了有力的保障。实践表明,多介质过滤器+一级海水淡化反渗透+二级淡水反渗透工艺处理印尼BATAM的海水,系统运行稳定,水质达到生产用水要求。
The general situation of the seawater desalination project in Indonesia Batam Coal-fired Power Plant was intro- duced in this paper. Through the system commissioning, the problems of the seawater desalination system during commissioning and trial operation were analyzed, which provided a powerful guarantee for the stable operation of the whole seawater desalina- tion system and the water quality. Practice showed that the multi medium filter + first level desalination reverse osmosis + two level fresh water reverse osmosis process to deal with the Indonesian BATAM seawater, the system ran stably, water quality met the requirements of the production water.
