摘要
新疆阿尔巴勒铜铅矿在2010年5月建成投产,生产指标一直不理想。2011年8月经过技术改造,在浮选前加入硫化钠,调整铜铅混合浮选作业的浮选药剂制度,产出铜、铅含量高的铜铅混合精矿。铜精矿含铜由20.16%提高到29.15%、含铅由9.06%降到3.49%、铜回收率由64.52%提高到78.70%,铅精矿含铅由23.16%提高到64.09%以上、含铜由3.04%降到1.08%、回收率由65.64%提高到78.17%。
Xinjiang Aerbale Copper-lead Mine put into operation in May 2010, the production index was not ideal. In August 2011 through technological transformation, by adding sodium sulfide in front of the flotation, adjusting reagent system of copper-lead mixed flotation, mixed concentrate with high copper and lead content is obtained. Copper concentrate containing Cu by 20. 16% increased to 29. 15%, Pb by 9.06% drop to 3.49%, copper recovery rate increased from 64. 52% to 78.70%. Lead concentrate Pb by 23.16% increase to "above 64. 09% , containing Cu by 3.04% to 1.08% , recovery rate increased from 65.64% to 78. 17%.
