摘要
甘肃陇南某金矿属低硫金矿石,载金矿物主要为黄铁矿。根据矿石特性,通过复合捕收剂XB-6的采用及工艺流程的合理改造,达到了提高金回收率的目的。工业试验获得的金精矿金品位为69.89 g/t,回收率为95.23%,与试验前现场生产指标相比,金回收率提高了5.52个百分点,银回收率提高7.14个百分点。
A gold Mine of Longnan in Gansu belongs to low-sulfur gold ore, gold are mainly hosted in pyrite. On the basis of the ore properties, we have improved the gold recovery by adoptting the composite collectors XB-6 and reasonable transformation technological process. The industrial test results show that the gold concentrate with Au grade of 69.89 g/t and Au recovery of 95.23% was obtained, the gold recovery rate and the silver recovery rate increased respectively by 5.52 and 7. 14 percentage points, compared with the pre-test on-site production.
