中药熏眼、离子导入联合人工泪液治疗干眼的临床观察

Clinical Observation about Smoking Eyesby Chinese Medicineand the Treatment of Iontophoresis Combined with Artificial Tearsfor Dry Eye

目的探讨中药熏眼、离子导入联合人工泪液治疗干眼的疗效。方法将300例干眼患者随机分为两组,治疗组180例,给予中药熏眼、离子导入联合人工泪液治疗,治疗疗程为2周。对照组120例,给予人工泪液点眼,对角膜染色(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌量测定(SIT)及各主观症状积分进行观察,进行统计学分析,比较两组的疗效。结果统计学表明,治疗组在BUT、SIt、FL及主观症状方面,治疗前后比较,有统计学差异,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏眼、离子导入联合人工泪液治疗干眼较单独使用人工泪眼疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of smoking eyes by Chinese medicine and he treatment of iontophoresis combined with artificial tears for dry eye. Methods 300 cases of dry eye patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group was 180 cases and the control groups was 120 cases. Treatment duration was 2 weeks.The treatment group was given smoking eyes by Chinese medicine and iontophoresis combined with artificial tears ,while the treatment control group was only given artificial tear, then compared the treatment effect in the two groups.The corneal staining （FL）, tear film rupture time （BUT）, tear secretion test （SIT） and the subjective symptoms integral were observed and statistically analyzed, compared with two groups of curative effect. Results Statistics show that the treatment group in SIT, BUT, FL and subjective symptoms before and after treatment, there are statistically significant difference. The effect in the treatment group is better than that of the control group, and tile difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of combination of smoking eye by Chinese medicine and iontophoresis combined with artificial tears is better than that of iontophoresis combined with artificial tears.
