摘要
结合结晶理论及流体流动理论,分析出精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置结晶系统堵塞的原因为PTA结晶过程控制不好、管线内输送速度选择不当以及结晶器出料方式不当等。针对具体原因,确定了操作参数,计算了合适的物料输送速度,解决了PTA装置结晶系统堵塞的难题。
Combined the crystallization theory and fluid flow theory, the bad crystallization process control, improper selection within the pipeline conveying speed and the improper mold discharging are the clogging reasons of crystallization system in PTA plant. In order to solve the above problems the effects of crystallization and the operation parameters are determined. The appropriate material conveying speed is calculated. The clogging problem of PTA unit crystallization system is thoroughly solved.
