摘要
针对化纤企业DTY自动化包装生产线码垛系统中的转箱机构故障率高,导致后续码垛无法进行,甚至整个码垛系统故障扩大的现象,提出了改造方案。通过对转箱机构的改造,大大降低了码垛系统的故障率,提高了自动化包装线的生产效率。改造方案也为未来码垛系统的研究设计提供了参考。
In DTY automation packaging line of chemical fiber enterprises, because of hign fault rate of turn box mechanism in palletizing system, subsequent palletizing can not be carried out, even the fault rate of the whole palletizing system is expanded, a transformation scheme is proposed. The transformation of the turn box mechanism greatly reduces the fault rate of palletizing system, improves the production efficiency of automatic packaging line. The transformation scheme also provides a reference for the future design of palletizing system.
