心脏康复综合管理对冠心病PCI术后患者生存质量的影响 被引量：5

摘要 1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取三甲医院行冠脉PCI术的不稳定性心绞痛患者50例,术后支架贴壁良好,前行血流TIMI 3级,无并发症。入选时间在术后半月至1月,男29例,女21例;年龄59-70岁,平均（65.43±3.12）岁。单支病变32例,双支病变13例,三支病变5例,左主干病变0例。射血分数（58.32±6.79）%。在行冠脉PCI术住院期间,未见严重心力衰竭、低血压、心源性休克及心律失常等并发症。中医方面结合患者的症状及舌脉,其中气虚血瘀证28例、
