复方积雪草片联合西药对乳腺小叶增生患者ER、PR、抗原Ki-67表达的影响

Effect of Compound Centella Asiatica Tablets Combined with Western Medicine on Expression of ER,PR and Ki-67 of Patients with Galactophore Lobule Hyperplasia

目的:观察复方积雪草片联合西药对乳腺小叶增生患者雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、抗原Ki-67表达的影响。方法:选取129例乳腺小叶增生患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为西药组、中药组和中西药联合治疗组各43例,西药组给予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,中药组给予复方积雪草片治疗,中西药联合治疗组给予复方积雪草片加枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗。比较3组的临床疗效,记录治疗前后3组ER、PR、Ki-67的阳性率。结果:总有效率中西药联合治疗组为95.35%,高于西药组的79.07%和中药组的81.40%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组总有效率和西药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,3组乳痛、乳房肿块、经期紊乱评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),中西药联合治疗组的3项指标值均低于西药组和中药组(P<0.05),西药组的3项指标值和中药组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组ER、PR、Ki-67阳性率均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),中西药联合治疗组各指标的阳性率均低于西药组和中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),西药组各指标阳性率与中药组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方积雪草片联合西药治疗乳腺小叶增生疗效确切,能够降低ER、PR、Ki-67的阳性表达率。

Objective： To observe the effect of compound centella asiatica tablets combined with western medicine on expression of estrogen receptor（ER）, progestrone receptor（PR） and antigen Ki- 67 of patients with galactophore lobule hyperplasia. Methods：One hundred and twenty- nine cases of patients with galactophore lobule hyperplasia were divided into western medicine group,Chinese medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy group randomly,43 cases in each group. Tamoxifen citrate tablets were given to western group,compound centella asiatica tablets were given to Chinese medicine group, integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy group received treatment of tamoxifen citrate tablets combined with compound centella asiatica tablets. Compared the clinical effect among three groups,recorded positive rates of ER,PR and Ki- 67 in three groups before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate in integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy group was 95.35%,and was higher than that of 79.07% in western medicine group（P〈0.05）and that of 81.40% in Chinese medicine group（P 〈 0.05）. Comparing the total effective rate between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group,difference was not significant（P 〈0.05）. After treatment,scores of mammary pain,breast lump and menstrual disorders were lower than those before treatment in three group（P 〈 0.05）, three indexes abovementioned in integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy group were all lower than those in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group（P 〈 0.05）. Comparing three indexes above- mentioned in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group,difference was not significant（P 〉 0.05）. The positive rate of ER,PR and Ki- 67 in three group were all lower than those before treatment（P 〈 0.05）,the positive rate of each index in integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy group were all lower than those in western medicine group and Chinese medicine group（P〈0.05）. Comparing the positive rate of each index between western medicine group and Chinese medicine group, difference was not significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions： Compound centella asiatica tablets combined with western medicine for galactophore lobule hyperplasia has exact effect,and can reduce positive expression rate of ER,PR and Ki- 67.
