荣筋活血汤联合射频髓核消融术治疗盘源性腰痛的临床观察

A Clinical Observation of Rongjin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation of Nucleus Pulposus to Treat Discogenic Low Back Pain

目的 :探讨荣筋活血汤联合射频髓核消融术治疗盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法 :总结87例确诊为盘源性腰痛患者,进行回顾性研究,分别采用中药结合射频髓核消融术治疗(A组32例)、单独射频髓核消融术治疗(B组28例)和单独中药治疗(C组27例),对各级VAS评分、ODI评分及Macnab评价标准进行统计学分析以评价三种治疗方案的疗效差异。结果:三组治疗后VAS、ODI评分比较,A组与B组治疗后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B两组与C组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗30 d后Macnab评价标准总的优良率分别为A组93.8%、B组75.0%、C组29.6%。三组优良率A组明显高于B组,A组与B组均明显高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:荣筋活血汤联合射频髓核消融术治疗盘源性腰痛能显著改善疼痛及功能障碍。

Objective：To explore the clinical observation of Rongjin Huoxue decoction combined with ra- diofrequency ablation of nucleus pulposus treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods：To retrospectively study all 87 patients with disc derived low back pain,who were treated respectively with Chinese medicine and radiofrequency ablation（group A）,radiofrequency ablation（group B）,and traditional Chinese medicine （C group）. To analyse statistically in efficacy between the VAS score,ODI score and Macnab evaluation criteria of all three the rapies. Result ：Three groups of VAS and ODI scores after treatment compared ,group A com- pared with group B after treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,no statistical significance;A,B two groups compared with group C,there was A significant difference（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance. Mac- nab evaluation criteria after 30 days later were：93.8% in group A,75.0% in group B and 29.6% in group C. Through Chi square test A group was better than B group with significant difference（P〈0.05）,A group and B group was better than C group with very significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Rongjin Huoxue de- coction combined with radiofrequency ablation of nucleus pulposus treatment of diseogenic pain can signifi- cantly improve pain and dysfunction.
