The Clinical Experience of Professor HUANG Wenzheng Using Pingfeng Zhibai Dihuang Decoction Treating Hematuresis

总结黄文政验方屏风知柏地黄汤的组方思路、药物组成及加减运用情况。针对慢性肾炎血尿气阴两虚兼阴虚内热证的症状表现和病机特点,黄老师主张以益气固表、滋阴止汗之法,并将疏利三焦的学术思想贯穿其中,用玉屏风散合知柏地黄汤加柴胡、黄芩组成屏风知柏地黄汤治疗。

The prescription mindset,composition and modification of the Pingfeng Zhibai Dihuang decoction by Professor HUANG Wenzheng were summarized. Aiming at the clinical manifestation and disease mecha- nism of chronic nephritis hematuresis,that is,Qi and Yin deficiency with Yin deficiency and internal heat, Professor HUANG proposed that tonifying Qi and consolidating the exterior,and nourishing Yin and stopping sweating should be applied,and he emphasized the importance of unblocking and dredging the triple ener- gizer. Usually Yupinglfeng powder and Zhibai Dihuang decoction were added with chaihu and huangqin.
