摘要
综合考虑1270可逆冷轧机止推轴承轴向载荷及转速的影响,应用SolidWorks软件建立了止推轴承多体动力接触模型,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其进行完全耦合热应力分析,在没有定量的理论值的条件下,定性分析了轧机运行时轴向力与轴承温升的相互影响,以及此时止推轴承在常载和重载条件下摩擦热对轴承应力应变的影响。研究表明,ABAQUS是分析轴承运转过程动力接触问题十分有效的工具,所得出的结论对同类型其它轧机的设计有一定的指导意义。
Considering the impact of axial load and speed of the 1270 reversible cold rolling mill thrust bearing, SolidWorks software application to establish a dynamic multi-body contact model of the thrust beating, ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the thermal stress of the fully coupled thermal stress, In the absence of a quantitative theory of the value of the condition, qualitative analysis of the interaction between axial forces and bearing temperature when the mill running, and the impact at this time thrust bearing under regular and heavy load conditions on the beating frictional heat stress and strain.
