摘要
对轧机交流电机加装交流变频器,前后加装卷取机,实现张力控制卷取。手动控制与计算机控制都可完成同步或单独电机调速。卷取机活动机座连接拉力传感器,直接测量张力大小,为调速提供依据。调节速度差可保持前后张力在恒定值上。计算机采集部分可以记录张力和电流变化过程。通过张力控制实验,学生得到动手操作轧机的机会,也可理解平稳建张的控制策略。实验装置还可进行张力对跑偏校正以及张力对轧制力影响的验证。
A rolling mill is driven by a alternating-current (AC) motor which set up with a AC converter, two coilers were set up in front and back of the mill, and tension control coiling can be done in this rolling mill. The motor speed is controlled by manual or computer synchronously or separately. A tension sensor installed on the base of a coiler can directly measure the tension size, provide the basis for control of motor speed, and keep tension on a constant value in the front and back of the mill. The computer acquisition part can record the change of the rolling force and coiling tension. Coiling tension control experiment can train the students' ability to operate the mill, under- stand the optimal control strategy to smoothly build the coiling tension. This device can also be used to verify that tension can redress work piece deviation, and tension effects on the rolling force.
