摘要
通过对KR法脱硫机理、脱硫剂成分及粒度、给料设备存在的问题等进行研究分析和实践。结果表明:当脱硫剂的加入时间、成分和粒度控制在一定范围内,并且采用旋转给料方式之后,给料均匀、准确、不堵塞。脱硫剂与铁水混合充分,反应彻底,脱硫效果得到了显著的提高。
Through the research and analysis of the KR desulphurization mechanism, composition of desulfurizer and granularity, the problems existing in the feeding device, the results show that when the desulfurizer in time, composition and grain size controlled within a certain range, and practise rotary feeding way, and the materials is uniform, accurate and nonblocking. Mixed with the hot metal and desulfurization agent, react completely, the desulfurization effect has been significantly improved.
