试论国有煤炭建筑业的困境与转型

Discussion on dilemma and transformation of state owned coal construction industry

对煤炭建筑业在煤炭行业中具有的高度依存性、面临"五期叠加"的新常态、所遭遇的困局、挑战与机遇进行了研究,阐述了应对困境、维持生存所要实现脱胎换骨、跨界转型的现实,在对国有煤炭建筑业进行深层次调查的基础上,得出了从战略层面、改革角度、风控意识、模式创新、布局走向方面推动跨界转型的结论。

A study was conducted on the high dependence of the coal construction industry in the coal industry,the new normal faced with the ＂five period superposition＂,the dilemma faced,the challenge and opportunity.The paper stated the reality with the reborn and transboundary transformation realized to handle the dilemma and keep the survival.Based on the indepth investigation on the state owned coal construction industry,a conclusion was obtained to promote the transboundary transformation from the aspects of the strategic level,reform view,risk control conception,mode innovated and layout strike.
