喀纳斯保护区森林生态系统服务价值动态评估

The Research of Forest Ecosystem Service Value Dynamic Evaluation in Kanas Nature Reserve

基于生态经济理论,从维护生物多样性、水土保持、净化大气、森林游憩、科研价值、有机物生产、固碳释氧、营养物质循环和涵养水源等服务功能构建了森林生态系统服务价值评估指标体系,对喀纳斯自然保护区森林生态系统服务价值进行动态评估。结果表明:保护区森林生态系统服务总价值从1975年不断下降,但提供的服务质量却不断提高,单项服务价值中维护生物多样价值最大,维护生物多样性价值、森林游憩服务价值和科研价值占比不断提高。为了保护区的可持续发展和森林生态系统为人类提供持续稳定的服务,从发挥监管的机构作用、建立生态定位观测站和加大生态补偿等角度提出对策建议。

Based on ecological economic theory building the evaluation index system of forest ecosystem services value, include the maintenance of biological diversity, soil and water conservation, purify the air, forest recreation, the value of scientific research, production of organic compounds, the carbon fixation and oxygen release valuation, nutrient cycling and water storage service functions, achieve forest ecosystem service value of the dynamic evaluation. The results showed that the conservation forest ecosystem services value has fallen from 1975, but provide quality of service is constantly improve, maintain biodiversity value is the biggest in single service value;the maintenance of biological diversity, forest recreation service andthe value of scientific research proportion enhances unceasingly. In order to the reserve of sustainable development and the forest ecosystem services can provide a steady service for human, the countermeasures are put forward that supervision should play the role of institutions, establish the ecological observatory and strengthen the perspective of ecological.
