摘要 新凉风垭铁路隧道为瓦斯突出隧道,安全管理要求高,风险大,原设计中采用常规抽采、逐层处理的方案,需550 d完成所有9层煤的揭煤施工,工期长,效率低,投入大,不利于施工组织。针对以上问题,结合当前国内煤矿井下水压裂技术的应用和发展,以煤矿石门揭煤的"四位一体"为基础,把水力压裂增透技术与隧道快速揭煤相结合,提出了水力压裂增透、集中处理的方案。通过组织实施,有效地提高了突出煤层透气性,加快了瓦斯抽采速度,提高了施工效率,缩短了工期。 New Liangfengya Railway Tunnel is a gas outburst tunnel, with high safety management requirements and risk. The program of conventional extraction, layer by layer processing is used in the original design, and 550 days is needed to complete the construction of the 9 layers coal' s uncovering, with long duration, low efficiency and great investment, it is not conducive to the construction organization. To solve these problems, this paper, combined with the current application and development of domestic coal mine water fracturing technology, and based on the principle of" Four Integral Wholes" in rock cross-cut coal uncovering, the scheme of hydraulic fracturing and centralized processing was put forward by integrating the fast uncovering coal in tunnel. Through the organization and implementation, it effectively improved the outburst coal seam permeability, speeded up the gas extraction rate, improved the construction efficiency, and shortened the construction period.
