新疆师范大学小学教育专业学生专业认同的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 运用资料搜集、访谈和问卷等方法,对新疆师范大学初等教育学院的97名小学教育专业本科生,从专业价值认同、专业认同效能、专业课程设置的态度、教师认同、就业认同几个维度对其专业认同情况作初步的调查。结果显示:小学教育专业本科生对本专业的专业价值认同低,认同效能不高,专业课程设置有待完善;专业发展前景有待提升;少数民族学生的专业认同显著高于汉族学生。 Using the method of data collection, interview and questionnaire, the paper makes a preliminary investigation into 97 elementary education majors in Xinjiang Normal University from the value of the professional identity, the efficiency of professional identity, the attitude of the professional curriculum, the identity of teacher and employment identification. The results show: elementary education undergraduate' s value of the professional identity is not high, and the efficiency of professional identity needs to be improved; the professional development prospects need to be ascended; minority students' professional identity is significantly higher than ban students.
