摘要
以樱桃番茄和普通番茄为材料,研究大棚栽培对番茄抗氧化物质含量和抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明:春季塑料大棚栽培番茄产量显著低于露地栽培。另一方面,大棚栽培樱桃番茄果实中番茄红素、维生素C、总酚酸、谷胱甘肽含量及总抗氧化活性显著高于露地栽培,但β-胡萝卜素和维生素E含量却与之相反,总黄酮含量则无显著差异。同样,普通番茄大棚栽培果实中番茄红素和维生素C含量显著高于露地栽培,但β-胡萝卜素、维生素E含量和总抗氧化活性却呈相反趋势,总黄酮、总酚酸和谷胱甘肽含量在两种栽培方式间无显著差异。表明番茄的抗氧化物质含量和抗氧化活性不仅受栽培方式的影响,而且也受品种的影响。
In the experiment, Cherry and ordinary tomatoes were used to compare the effect of greenhouse conditions and open cultivation models on their yield and anti-oxidation activity. The results showed that the yields of tomato varieties in plastic tunnel were all lower than those in open field. In addition, the contents of Lycopene, Vitamin C, total phenolics acid, glutathione and anti-oxidafion activity in Cherry tomato of plastic tunnel were all higher than those in the open field, but the 13-carotene and Vitamin E contents showed in a contrary tendency. At the same time, no significant difference of total fIavonoid content was observed. On the other hand, the contents of Lycopene and Vitamin C in ordinary tomatoes showed the similar tendency with Cherry tomato. However, the [3-carotene and Vitamin E contents and the anti-oxidation activity were observed on the contrary results. And no significant difference of total falconoid, total phenolies and glutathione contents was observed in the ordinary tomatoes between cultivation models. The results indicated that the antioxidant content and anti-oxidation activity of tomatoes were not only affected by the changes of environmental factors, but also influenced by the varieties.
