LncRNA异常表达与乳腺癌发生发展及多药耐药关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 癌症相关的长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是近年来新兴的热点分子,是非编码RNA中的一个大类,其异常表达于多种肿瘤中,在表观遗传、转录及转录后水平上调控基因表达,诱导或抑制肿瘤的发生。LncRNA在乳腺中异常表达、功能失调,导致正常乳腺功能的异常改变,是乳腺肿瘤形成的重要因素。异常表达的LncRNA与乳腺癌发生发展、多药耐药有关。
