跨组织间BIM协同应用实施影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 随着BIM技术在建筑领域的快速发展,其应用前景十分广阔,市场价值潜力巨大,然而在国内的实际工程中却推行缓慢。为了分析BIM在国内发展的阻碍因素,本研究从建设项目开发实施各阶段考虑,从项目各相关方自身利益出发,通过文献研究总结出国内影响BIM协同应用的三类主要因素(管理类、环境类、技术类),以问卷形式进行重要程度调查,结合AHP层次分析法进行权重分析,得到影响程度最大的为经济因素,再通过克朗巴哈系数法检查样本信度。研究的结论为正在或将要实施BIM项目的企业提供了参考,为促进BIM技术应用过程中不同专业和部门的协作提供了支持。 Nowadays development prospects of BIM has great potential,however,with slow progress in actual implementation in China. In order to promote BIM application in China,this paper studies the influential factors of BIM implementation from interests of stakeholders. Based on the research achievements of the experts at home and abroad,the influential factors of BIM are extracted and summarized. Based on the questionnaire survey, AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to carry out weight analysis,and the Cronbach's α method to do reliability analysis. The key influence factors are categorized into managerial,environmental and technological aspect. The results will supports the implementation of BIM or and provide reference for cross-organizational BIM collaborative application.
