摘要
安全是工程项目管理的基本目标之一,安全管理涉及不同的参与主体、实施阶段和管理要素,具有系统性和复杂性。选取复杂网络方法对施工安全管理的系统性进行研究。介绍了复杂网络的概念、拓扑结构及3种典型的网络模型。将施工安全管理系统分解为6个子系统,即施工安全的组织管理、技术措施、资源投入、教育培训、逐级监管和应急管理,梳理各子系统中管理因素的相互关联,明确拓扑结构,建立网络模型。结合概率论相关知识,依据要素间关联关系以及要素的可靠性概率,计算子系统可靠性概率,得出整个系统的可靠性概率。该方法对于系统研究施工安全管理问题具有探索价值。
Safety is one of the basic objectives of construction project management. Since a construction project involves different participants,processes,and influencing factors,safety management is a typically systematic and complex issue. Thus this paper adopts the complex network(CN)method to illustrate construction safety management as a system. First,the mechanism of the CN theory and three kinds of network models were expatiated. Then,the topological structure of construction safety management was built. Construction safety management was decomposed to six groups,namely,organization,technical measures,resources,training,controlling,and contingency management about construction safety. Relations between the factors in different groups were described as a network diagram. Finally,according to the relation and probability of factors,reliability probability of subsystems,and the whole system were calculated. The research provides a new idea and direction for the study on the reliability of construction safety management system.
