地铁项目组织模型优化研究

摘要 随着我国经济与城市化的不断发展,地铁在推动经济增长、增加民生供给、优化城市结构方面的作用不断凸显,成为国民日益关注的重要问题。构建科学合理的发包模型,对于推进地铁建设的科学化、现代化、集成化管理具有重要意义。通过运用项目管理理论,综合考虑地铁项目的建设特点,构建PBS-CCS二维矩阵,系统地分析了地铁项目的合同结构、管理内容,提出了集成发包模型。同时,分析了某市地铁项目建设过程的合同情况、存在问题,并对其进行优化。运用结构熵算法验证了原有模型和改进模型的时效熵、质量熵,为地铁建设提供参考。 As China's economic development and urbanization continues,the role of the subway in promoting economic growth,increasing the supply of people's livelihood and optimizing the structure of the city continues to be highlighted. Subway has increasingly become an important issue of national concern. A scientific and rational contracting model is of great significance for promoting scientific subway construction,modernization and integrated management. Based on project management theory,considering the characteristics of subway construction project to construct PBS-CCS two-dimensional matrix,the structure of the subway project contracts,management content is analyzed. A integrated contract model is proposed. Meanwhile,this article analyzes the contractual status and existing problems of a subway project construction process and optimizes them accordingly. Finally,this article uses structural entropy algorithm to verify the original model and the improved model,providing a reference for subway construction.
