摘要
色觉是视觉功能一个基本而重要的组成部分,人类的色觉由视锥细胞的光敏色素决定。在很多眼底病病例中,患者色觉出现异常,提示色觉检查在眼底病诊疗中有一定意义。目前,色觉检查在目前眼底病诊疗中的价值尚未引起重视,临床应用较少。本文就色觉检查的常用方法,其在各类眼底病中的应用及研究进展进行综述,希望在临床工作中引起重视。
Color vision has been an important part of the human visual function. It is determ ined by the phytochrom e of cone. In m any clinical cases of ocular fundus diseases,patients had color vision loss, which shows that color visions tests is necessary and m eaningful. At present,doctors have not paid attention to it and adopt the tests rarely. The article sum m arizes the tests of color in com m on use and applications on the diagnosis and treatm ent for com m on ocular fundus diseases to be a theory basis.
