摘要
结合自身实际以及专业发展趋势,进行了有自己特色的化学工程与技术学科学术学位研究生教育综合改革与探索。从优化课程体系设置、加强师资队伍建设、积极推动教材建设、强化科研技能训练、加强学科平台建设、加强内外学术交流、完善质量评价和监督体系等方面进行深入的思考,制定了有利提高创新能力为目标的学术学位研究生教育综合改革实施方案,为创新型人才的培养探索了一套可行的思路和方法。
This article carries on a comprehensive reform and exploration on chemical engineering and technolo- gy disciplines of academic degree postgraduate education with its own characteristics, combining with their own practice and the professional development trend. Profound thought is given in terms of optimization of curriculum system settings, active promotion of the teaching material construction, reinforcement of the teaching staff construc- tion, scientific research skills training, discipline platform construction and internal and external academic communi- cation, and improvement of quality evaluation and supervision system and so on. Moreover, this article formulates a comprehensive academic degree postgraduate education reform plan to improve innovation ability, and explores a set of feasible ideas and methods for the cultivation of innovative talents.
