摘要
法律素质是法律人以法律思维能力、法律表达能力和对法律事实的探索能力为核心的法律专业素质。案例教学法能使法学本科生法律思维能力、表达能力和探索案情的能力都得到很好培育。培育法学本科学生法律素质,必须优化案例教学法。不仅应精选典型案例,优化案例教学过程;而且应加强教师启发和引导,充分发挥学生参与案例的主体性。更注重实践培育,力求学生法律素质培育途径多元化。
The law quality is a specialized quality, in which the law thinking ability, expression ability and ex-ploration ease ability are taken as the core by the lawyer. The case teaching method can improve the law students"ability on law thinking, expression and exploration case. The students" law quality cultivation requires optimizing thecase teaching method. It requires not only elaborately selecting typical cases and optimizing the process of caseteaching, but also strengthening teachers" enlightenment and guidance, and fully developing students" subjectivity inparticipating cases as well. More attention should be paid on practical cultivation to pursue multiple cultivation ap-proaches for law students.
