Ubiquitous learning environment is an environment based on the fundamental construction of intellec-tual technology. Ubiquitous college English learning is the new transformation of language learning in the post sec-ond language acquisitiou era. This thesis mainly discusses the ubiquitous college English learning pattern based onthe information technology environment in order to direct college English teaching.
