摘要
文章主要对四种组织变革模式进行了初步的探讨,即结构-功能模式,多方参与模式,组织发展模式和批判模式。通过四个模式的讨论得出批判模式是目前最有助于组织不断的学习,透过学习不断增强成员与组织的知识经验,以强化组织变革与创新的能力,从而成为学习型组织,提升组织效能和竞争力,强化组织文化,发挥组织文化正功能。这对学校发展成学习型组织提供了十分有效的视角。
This paper explores four models of organizational transformation: structural-functional model; multi-party model; organizing and developing model; and critical model. According to the analysis of the four models,critical model is most beneficial for organizational learning. Not only the knowledge and experience between mem-bers and organizations can be enhanced, but also the transformation and innovation capability of organizations canbe strengthened. As a result, the formation of learning organization can promote the organizational effectiveness andcompetitiveness, consolidate the organizational culture, and exert its positive function. And it is beneficial for col-leges to develop into learning organizations.
