高校治理现代化视角下的群团工作运行机制研究——以西华师范大学为例

随着高等教育大众化的不断推进,高校如何适应改革发展的新态势,切实推进治理体系和治理能力现代化,是摆在高校面前的重要课题。文章结合新形势下加强和改进党的群团工作,联系高校群团组织如何适应新形势下的发展要求,以西华师范大学为研究个案,围绕"思想引领、民主治校、文化育人"三方面的内容,就如何发挥群团组织在高校治理中的作用,建立健全高校群团组织工作运行机制,做了分析和梳理,旨在为新时期的高校群团工作提供借鉴。

With the advancement of popularization of higher education, colleges and universities are confrontedwith a important issue that how to adapt to the new trend of the reform and development and advance the mod-ernization of governance system and governance capacity. This paper takes China West Normal University as anexample, centring on three aspects of ＂Guidance for the ideology, Democratic management of universities, culturalcultivation＂, combing the need of the development requirement about mass work in universities in new period, an-alyzing the approach of playing a efficient role in university management for mass organization and establish oper-ational mechanisms of mass work in university, aiming at providing reference and reference for the new period.
