摘要
教师教育改革作为当前教育改革中的一项重要内容,要以微课理念为基础开设创新性教师培养模式,增强师范生作为教师参与实践的机会。其中教师的职业技能是作为教师综合素质考察的重要指标,文章通过从我国当前师范生教育入手,主要分析师范生的职业技能训练中存在的问题及整改对策。
As an important step in today's education reform, teacherst education takes micro-lesson as the basisto open up an innovative teachers training mode, which gives normal university students much more opportunities topractice as teachers. This paper, from the current normal university students" education, analyzes the problems exist-ing in the training of vocational skills which is an aim of teachers" comprehensive quality, and proposes some ad-justment counter measures.
