高速铁路类专业技术技能型人才综合素质培养探讨

文章在调查分析的基础上,阐述了高速铁路类专业技术技能型人才综合素质培养的必要性,提出了综合素质培养主要应从思想道德、人文素养、创新创业教育和技术技能培养入手,在实践中探索明确了综合素质培养的任务与举措。

On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper elaborates the necessity of the comprehensivequality training in high-speed railway professional and technical talents. It also puts forward the idea that compre-hensivequality training should begin with education on ideological moralitY, humanistic quality, innovation and en-trepreneurship and training on technical skills in practice to explore and explicit the tasks and measures to cultivatecomprehensive quality.
