以提高专业课教学质量为抓手 培养综合能力强的理工类人才

专业课教学是理工科高校人才培养的重要过程,关系到人才专业实践能力和创新能力的提高。针对当前理工科高校专业课教学中存在的诸多问题,提出了从实行集体备课制度凝练教学内容、实行按专长配备师资并加强情景教学、强化实践教学,构建"全过程、递进式"的实践教学模式、提高专业课教师科研与实践能力等方面提高专业课教学质量,从而为社会培养出综合能力强的高级专业人才。

The specialized course teaching is an important process of talent training,affecting the developmentof talent professional practice ability and innovation ability. In view of the current problems existing in the spectalties ized course teaching,this paper proposes to compact the teaching contents by collective lesson preparation, arrange teachers according to their specialties, take situational practical teaching mode progressively developed in the teaching and strengthen practical teaching to build a type of whole process and improve the teachers＂ scientific research and practical ability to cultivate high-quality professionals with comprehensive ability for the society.
