职业院校学生职业能力测评的探究——以计算机应用技术专业为例

随着经济发展方式的转变与就业结构的调整,高职院校要想生存与发展,急需加强高职院校学生职业能力的培养与测评,只有这样才能使高职学生更好地适应社会对高素质技能人才培养的需求。文章通过企业调研分析,得到计算机应用技术专业通信方向所对应的典型岗位,从岗位技能要求入手,分析出岗位测评的基本模型,从而建立一套学生可以自我进行专业技能测评的工具,通过测评结果,引导学生明确职业方向,更好的学习专业技能,为就业做准备。

Along with the transformation of economic development mode and the adjustment of employmentstructure, for survival and development, higher vocational colleges are urgently required to strengthen the cultivationand assessment of students＂ vocational ability. Only in this way, can students better adapt themselves to the socialdemand for personnel with high quality skills. In this paper, based on enterprise research and analysis, typicalposts are found to be suitable for telecommunications in computer application technology. After job skills require-ments are analyzed, the basic model of job evaluation is created as a set of test tools for students to evaluate theirown professional skills. The testing results can make students identify their ideal jobs, encourage them to mastertheir profession and prepare themselves for their future career.
