从译者的主体性探究如何解决法律翻译中遇到的问题

随着中外法律交流的愈加频繁,法律翻译成为翻译学科中日趋重要的领域。文章通过研究法律语言自身的特征、不同法系间的差异和翻译实践中将会遇到的最大的问题,分析了法律翻译英译中的困难所在。最后立足于发挥译者的主体性,即译者需要同时是语言学家、比较法学家和翻译学家,从三个方面提出了解决这些难题的方法。

Along with the increasingly frequent exchange between China and other countries, legal Englishtranslation has becoming an important area in the discipline of translation studies. Based on the study of features oflegal language, the difference between various legal systems and the translation practice, and difficulties during thelegal English translation are analyzed. Finally, solutions are put forward to the difficulties in legal English transla-tion on the basis of the translators＂ subjectivity, which means the translator should at the same time is an expertin linguistics and comparison.
