摘要
单位质量的燃料完全燃烧所产生的热量称为发热量。介绍了发热量的分类;分析了宣钢炼铁厂进厂喷吹煤与入炉煤粉发热量Qb,ad差异大的原因;同时探讨了发热量质量控制指标的选择。研究结果表明:分析煤样的水分对弹筒发热量测定结果影响较大;当改进制样条件,降低煤样水分至4%以下时,弹筒发热量约提高10%;采用干燥基弹筒发热量作为质量控制标准,可以更好地消除煤样水分波动对发热量带来的不利影响。
The heat produced by complete combustion of fuel of unit mass is called as calorific value. It is introduced its classification ; analyzed the reason for the big difference in QB, sd of calorific value of coming - plant injecting coal and entering - furnace coal powder in ironworks of Xuan Steel; at the same time discussed the selection of calorific value quality controlled indexes. It is showed from the research that the moisture of analyzed coal sample has a large influence on measured bomb calorific value; when the moisture lowered to below 4% with sample preparation condition improved, the bomb calorific value raised about 10 percent; the negative influence of fluctuation of coal sample moisture on calorific value can be easily eliminated with dry base bomb calorific value used as quality control standard.
