摘要
根据氮在钢中溶解的热力学和动力学原理,结合唐钢长材部的冶炼工艺,研究了在"转炉→LF精炼→连铸"工艺条件下,硬线钢的氮含量控制。通过热力学计算,在常压下钢液吸氮是自发的过程。介绍了转炉冶炼工艺、LF精炼对钢中氮含量的影响以及应对方法。
Based on the thermodynamics and dynamics principle for the dissolution of nitrogen in steel and the smelting process in Long Product of Tang Steel, it is researched the nitrogen content control for the hard steel wire in the process: converter plus LF refining plus continuous casting. With thermodynamics calculation, the nitrogen absorption in molten steel under normal pressure is a spontaneous process. It is introduced the influence of converter smelting process and LF refining on nitrogen content in steel and the countering method.
