高炉配加低价燃料的生产实践

摘要 在钢材市场形势持续不景气的情况下,降低炼铁成本是各钢铁企业所考虑的首要问题。介绍了承钢在确保高炉炉况顺利,以及高炉消耗不大幅升高的前提下,通过配加低价高硫焦炭和兰炭粉,降低高炉入炉燃料价格,降低综合铁水成本的生产实践。实践证明,用高硫焦和兰炭粉代替二级焦是可行的,但要根据价格差和供货情况调整配加比例,保证其经济性;另外,要注意燃料结构调整后给系统带来的安全性问题。 Facing the continuous recession of steels market, to reduce the iron making cost becomes the most important issue for all iron and steel businesses. It is introduced the practice to reduce the comprehensive cost of hot metal in Cheng Steel: in the premise to guarantee smooth blast furnace condition and its consumption not raise too high, adding low - price high - sulfur coke and ramsbottorn carbon powder to reduce the cost of inlet furnace fuel. It is proved in practice that to use high - sulfur coke and ramsbottom carbon powder to substitute the second level coke is feasible, but it is need to adjust adding rate according to the price difference and the supply situation, to guarantee the economy; besides, the system safety must be paid an attention to after fuel structure adjusted.
