石钢280 m^2烧结机机头电除尘器优化

摘要 针对石钢280 m^2烧结机机头电除尘器漏风、除尘灰板结、电场内积灰严重等问题,进行了一系列优化。通过调整入烧原料结构、实施射流刷振改造、加强烧结机生产操作制度管理和设备维护等措施,改善了电除尘器的运行状况,粉尘排放浓度由改造前的49.1 mg/m^3减少到39.3 mg/m^3,符合国标。 The head electric dust collector of 280 m2 sintering machine of Shi Steel is optimized to solve its problems: air leakage, dust compaction and serious dust accumulation in electric field. With measures adopted : adjusting the structure of sintered raw material, reforming jet brush vibrator, strengthening sintering machine production operation system management and equipment maintenance, the operation situation of the electric dust collector is improved, the dust discharge concentration reduced from 49.1 before reformation to 39.3 mg/m3 , meets the national standard.
